Rashmi Jolly

Rashmi Jolly has spent over two decades advising leaders across the US, Europe, Asia and the Middle East at moments of growth, transformation, and strategic inflection.
She is a former Expert Associate Partner at Bain & Company (Innovation & Design), a former Mastercard innovation leader, and has held senior roles across healthcare, financial services, and venture-backed companies — including CFO of a healthcare startup acquired by CooperSurgical. She has also launched and exited five companies across media, F&B and professional services.
Across geographies and industries, Rashmi observed a consistent pattern: organizations with real potential struggle not from lack of ideas, but from lack of clarity, customer-focus, and strategic partnerships at critical moments.
Assideo was founded to address that gap.
